Non-profits

GreenWorld Partners can arrange ownership or leasing finance to non-profit organizations, hospitals, healthcare facilities, colleges, universities, school districts, veterans/affordable housing, nursing homes, correctional institutions, towns, municipalities, cities, counties and state governments.

We can also provide non-profit financing for renovations, historic preservation or new construction projects that improve energy efficiency, serve a public purpose and promote economic development. And we can arrange finance for the building of bio-mass or co-gen plants, micro-grids, district heating systems or water treatment facilities.
